The best guide for a Healthy and Happy Life

What is the meaning of being happy? The definition of the word happy according to Merrian-Webster.com   is feeling pleasure and enjoyment because of your life, situation, etc. While Wikipedia defines healthy as  the general condition of a person's mind and body, usually meaning to be free from illness, injury or pain.

For me, being healthy and happy brings to mind a state of constant physical, mental, and social well-being as well as the absence of disease and ability to perform daily activities with ease.

How then can someone get to this state of happiness and health? I guess that the best tip anyone can give for a healthy and happy life is to really make sure that you are living the life YOU want and always being positive. Do things that make you happy and love as much as you can.

Eat Healthy

Eating Healthy doesn't necessarily mean that you can only eat vegetables and boring food all day long. Eating healthy means eating healthy food that contains all the nutrients needed by the body and is balanced. Healthy food can also look like these...



Yummy right? Makes you drool just looking at them. And yet, they are good and balanced food that will give your body all the nutrients it need to function efficiently.

One of the famous celebrity chefs that I like is Jamie Oliver. His recipes are not only easy and healthy but tastes geat too.

Exercise and live an active life

In order to reach the state of health that is considered optimum, no one can avoid exercise and doing physical activities. Common activities that most people engage in includes cycling, playing football or jogging.



Another good idea is to join group exercises such as Zumba, Aerobics or Pilates classes where you can meet new friends and work-out together.




You don't even have to do sports or exercise routines per se. Doing chores at home such as cleaning, vacuuming and playing with your children can also increase your heartbeat and make you sweat enough to be considered as light exercise.

Be in Love...constantly! 

Did you know that being "in love" is also good for your health?
Thus, love your friends, love your spouse, love your children, love your parents and love everything in your life.



Say no to Stress and RELAX~~

I guess one of the best tips for being happy and healthy is to stay away from stress and to try to be calm and relaxed all the time.
